Beginning today, all Ashton Woods homes will come equipped with a variety of SmartKey product styles in Venetian Bronze and Satin Nickel finishes. In homes throughout Georgia, North Carolina, Florida, Texas and Arizona, certain homes will be compatible with Kwikset’s Home Connect Technology, which enables the door lock to wirelessly communicate with other devices in the home, further extending the security of the home. Kwikset’s SmartKey products let builders and homeowners alike quickly and securely re-key their locks, providing the convenience of replacing keys given to subcontractors without the extra cost and time of removing the lock from the door. Additionally, homeowners benefit from peace of mind knowing they are the only ones with keys upon the completion of construction and can re-key their own locks, themselves, when needed in the future.
